Principal & Founder

Boujee Business Solutions was founded to support visionary founders, small businesses, nonprofits, and public sector teams in building the operational structure needed for growth with clarity and purpose, while upholding the high standards that define the Boujee brand. For over twenty years, I have worked within purpose-driven organizations, transforming operational chaos into organized, effective systems.

Throughout my career in nonprofit operations, I have repeatedly observed a common challenge: organizations often expand faster than their internal infrastructure can support. Boujee Business Solutions was created to close that gap.

My passion for strategy and leadership development began long before this firm was established. For twelve years, I independently built and led The Homegirl Healer, a holistic wellness brand rooted in intuitive guidance and intentional leadership. That experience taught me something that continues to shape my work today: the most effective leaders learn to trust both their instincts and their intellect. Sustainable organizations are built not only through strategy, but through intentional alignment among vision, people, and structure.

With over two decades of experience in nonprofit operations, human resources, finance, and organizational strategy, I bring a deeply intuitive and highly strategic perspective to building strong organizations.
